§ 01Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Coreg Media Titans ("Coreg Media Titans," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit coregmediatitans.com or interact with a coregistration funnel that we own, host, or operate on behalf of a client.
We have written this policy to be specific and traceable. If you have ever wondered how a company you did not recognize came to contact you, this document is designed to answer that question.
§ 02Who We Are
Coreg Media Titans is headquartered at Svetlanskaya St, 33, Vladivostok, Primorsky Krai, Russian Federation, 690091. We operate a global coregistration media network — designing and hosting opt-in funnels for our advertiser clients, paying out a vetted affiliate network that drives traffic to those funnels, and routing the resulting opt-in submissions to marketing and lead-generation partners.
For purposes of EU/UK data-protection law, Coreg Media Titans is the data controller of the personal information collected through the funnels we operate, unless a specific advertiser client is identified as the controller at the point of collection.
§ 03How You Came To Be Here — And Why You May Have Been Contacted
This section is the single most important part of this document. We write it plainly on purpose.
If you are reading this because you received an email, a phone call, or a text message from Coreg Media Titans or from one of our marketing partners and you want to understand how that happened, the explanation is this:
- An affiliate partner in our network published a promotion, advertisement, email, search listing, social post, or link that offered a product, a sweepstakes, a giveaway, a discount, a sample, or similar incentive.
- You clicked that promotion and were directed to one of our coregistration funnels — a sequence of pages operated by Coreg Media Titans on behalf of ourselves or a client.
- On that funnel, you were shown clear disclosures identifying Coreg Media Titans, our marketing partners, and the brands whose offers appeared on subsequent pages. You were asked to provide contact information and were presented with offers that required an affirmative "Yes" or "No" choice for each.
- You submitted the information and provided express written consent — by checking a consent box and clicking a button labeled "Next," "Submit," "Continue," or similar — authorizing Coreg Media Titans, our marketing partners, and the specific brands you selected "Yes" for to contact you by email, telephone (including SMS, prerecorded voice, and automated dialing), or postal mail.
- Coreg Media Titans transferred your opt-in submission to the advertiser whose bid won the placement for that type of opt-in, and/or to the brands you selected "Yes" for, each of whom is independently authorized to contact you under the consent you provided.
The entire session — source URL, referring affiliate sub-ID, IP address, timestamp, user agent, the exact disclosures that were shown to you, and the exact consent language you accepted — is preserved in an auditable record. If you want us to look up your specific submission and tell you which affiliate drove it, what funnel it came through, and what you consented to, we will do so. Email [email protected] with the phone number, email address, or postal address that was used and we will respond with the record.
If you no longer wish to be contacted, you can request deletion and opt-out (see § 11) and we will honor the request for every channel we control.
§ 04Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
When you interact with a funnel we operate, we collect the information you submit. This typically includes:
- first name, last name, and, where relevant, gender and date of birth;
- email address, mobile telephone number, and sometimes landline telephone number;
- postal address (street, city, state/province, postal code, country);
- responses to qualifying questions relevant to the offer (e.g., home ownership, vehicle ownership, employment status, insurance coverage);
- your affirmative Yes/No selection for each third-party offer presented on the funnel;
- the exact consent language you accepted, with a copy stored alongside your submission.
Information we collect automatically
- IP address, user-agent string, referring URL, landing URL, and timestamps;
- device and browser characteristics;
- navigation behavior within the funnel (pages viewed, fields completed, time on page);
- affiliate sub-ID and campaign parameters passed in the URL or stored in first-party cookies;
- fraud-signal data (e.g., proxy detection, device fingerprint, velocity metrics).
Information from third parties
- verification signals from data-enhancement and fraud-prevention vendors;
- status updates from advertisers we transferred your submission to (e.g., "lead accepted," "sale posted");
- audience or demographic data from analytics providers.
§ 05How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- fulfill the offer, promotion, sweepstakes, or service you requested through a funnel;
- contact you by email, phone, SMS, or postal mail in accordance with the consent you provided;
- route your opt-in submission to the advertiser(s) and marketing partner(s) authorized under your consent;
- pay out affiliates on the conversions they generate and settle with clients;
- prevent, detect, and investigate fraud, abuse, and misuse;
- maintain auditable records to demonstrate compliance with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other applicable laws;
- analyze, measure, and improve our funnels, creatives, and traffic sources;
- comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
§ 07Sale & Sharing of Personal Information
Coreg Media Titans' business model includes the sale of opt-in data within the meaning of the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws. The submissions collected through our funnels are a form of leads commerce: we exchange them with advertisers for monetary and other valuable consideration. Every visitor who submits information through a funnel is presented with clear disclosures to this effect at the point of submission, and consent to these transfers is an integral part of what you authorize when you submit the funnel.
California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and other U.S. state residents have the right to opt out of this sale and sharing at any time. See § 12.
§ 09Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Opt-in submission records — including consent language, session metadata, and affiliate attribution — are retained for a minimum of five (5) years to satisfy compliance and audit obligations under TCPA and similar laws, and longer where required by legal hold. When we no longer need information, we delete, anonymize, or archive it per our retention schedule.
§ 10International Transfers
Coreg Media Titans operates globally. Information we collect may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, the Russian Federation, the European Union, and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required by law, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, or other appropriate safeguards to govern international transfers.
§ 11Your Choices & Rights
Regardless of where you live, you can:
- Unsubscribe from email using the link at the bottom of every commercial message we send;
- Opt out of SMS by replying STOP to any text message;
- Opt out of phone calls by telling the caller to add you to their internal Do-Not-Call list, or by writing to [email protected];
- Request the session record for any submission you made, including the affiliate source, timestamp, and consent language;
- Request deletion of your personal information from our systems and from downstream partners to whom we transferred it, subject to limited exceptions required by law (e.g., fraud records, tax records, audit logs).
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before responding, typically by confirming the email or phone number associated with the original submission.
§ 12California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- know what personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, or sold about you in the preceding 12 months;
- request deletion of personal information we have collected about you;
- correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information;
- limit the use of sensitive personal information;
- be free from retaliation for exercising your rights.
We sell and share personal information within the meaning of the CCPA, as described in § 07. To opt out, email [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" — or include it in any other request you send us. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out request.
You may designate an authorized agent to exercise these rights on your behalf; we will verify the agent's authority before acting on the request. Similar rights apply to residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Oregon, Texas, and other states with comparable privacy laws, and we extend the CCPA opt-out process to all such residents.
§ 13European, UK, and Swiss Residents
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation and equivalent laws, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, object to processing of, and port your personal data, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Our lawful bases for processing personal data include: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)); performance of a contract you requested (Article 6(1)(b)); compliance with our legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)); and our legitimate interests in operating the network, preventing fraud, and providing data to the partners you consented to (Article 6(1)(f)).
You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
§ 14Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Our funnel infrastructure runs over TLS, submissions are encrypted in transit and at rest, access to production data is limited and logged, and we maintain an incident-response plan. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
§ 15Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information through one of our funnels, contact [email protected] and we will delete the record promptly.
§ 16Changes To This Policy
We will update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through notice on this page and, where appropriate, by email.
